Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about campus resources

Students can access the campus Wi-Fi by connecting to the "FSTC-Student" network using their student ID as the username and their portal password. If you encounter any issues, please visit the IT Support desk in the Admin Building for assistance.

Study rooms can be reserved through the online library portal or by visiting the library help desk. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Groups of 2 or more students take priority for study room reservations.

Students receive a printing allocation of 200 pages per semester. Printing services are available in the library, computer labs, and student center. Black and white printing costs 2 credits per page, while color printing costs 5 credits per page. Additional credits can be purchased at the Finance Office or online through the student portal.

To apply for tutoring services, visit the Academic Support Center in Room 205 of the Main Building or complete the online request form through the student portal. Specify the subject(s) you need assistance with, and you will be matched with an appropriate tutor within 2-3 business days.

The Student Wellness Center provides confidential counseling services, stress management workshops, and referrals to external mental health professionals when needed. Students can schedule appointments by calling the center at extension 2456 or by visiting the office in the Student Services Building. Emergency support is available 24/7 through the campus help line.
