Common questions about the application process

The following documents are required for your application:

All documents should be clear copies of the originals. You may be required to present the original documents during registration if your application is successful.

Application review typically takes 1-2 weeks from the date of submission. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your application. If additional information or documentation is required, our admissions team will contact you. If your application is successful, you will receive an admission letter with details on the next steps, including fee payment and registration procedures.

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of KES 2,000. This fee covers the processing of your application. Payment details will be provided once you submit your application form. Your application will only be processed after confirmation of payment of the application fee.

Yes, you can apply for up to two programs at the same time. However, you will need to submit separate application forms for each program and pay the application fee for each. In your personal statement, you should explain your interest in each program and indicate your preferred choice if you are accepted to both programs.

If you don't meet all the standard entry requirements, you may still be considered through our alternative entry pathways. These include:

Mature entry (for applicants 23 years and above with relevant work experience)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment
Bridging courses to help you meet the requirements
